Fall 2025 Exam Changes

• PE Electrical and Computer: Power — The PE Electrical and Computer: Power exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025. The specifications will be posted on the NCEES website in April 2025.

• PE Electrical and Computer: Computer Engineering — The PE Electrical and Computer: Computer Engineering exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025. The specifications will be posted on the NCEES website in April 2025.

• PE Mechanical: HVAC and Refrigeration — The PE Mechanical: HVAC and Refrigeration exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025. The specifications will be posted on the NCEES website in April 2025.

• PE Mechanical: Machine Design and Materials — The PE Mechanical: Machine Design and Materials exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025. The specifications will be posted on the NCEES website in April 2025.

• PE Mechanical: Thermal and Fluid Systems — The PE Mechanical: Thermal and Fluid Systems exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025. The specifications will be posted on the NCEES website in April 2025.

• PE Mining and Mineral Processing — The PE Mining and Mineral Processing exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025. The specifications will be posted on the NCEES website in April 2025.

• PE Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering — The PE Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering exam will be administered with new specifications in October 2025.
