RAPE EXAMS ARE FREE

The U.S. Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) requires that the Bureau of Women's Affairs, which receives funding from the U.S. Dept. of Justice Office of Violence Against Women, ensures that the public is aware that sexual assault forensic exams are free for survivors. This means that anyone who is a victim of sexual assault can get an exam without personal cost, and they do not have to report to law enforcement to receive it.

If you or a loved one, friend, or anyone you know has been sexually assaulted, that person can go to Healing Hearts Crisis Center at 215 Father Dueñas Dr, Oka, Tamuning, and get a rape exam for free - no cost to the victim.

The HHCC phone number is  (671) 647-5351 during normal working hours, 8 am - 5 pm. After hours, the 5351 number forwards to the hotline number 988, or you can call the 988 hotline number directly. Or, you can call Victim Advocates Reaching Out at (671)477-5533, and an advocate will help you to get to HHCC to undergo this free exam.
